07 Aug Viktor Hovland visit Lofoten Links
We have had the pleasure of being visited by Viktor with friends for a few days in Lofoten now in the end of July. Viktor played the course several rounds over 3 days and on the last day he mada a fantastic course record with 63 shots and 8 under par from back tee. On the record round, Viktor opened with an eagle on hole 1, followed by birdies on holes 2, 8, 11, 13, 15 and 17. He had pars on the other holes. We hope Viktor makes the trip back before too long and maybe try to improve his own course record with a few more strokes. We wish him the best of luck in the playoffs over the next few weeks in the FedEx Cup this August. Perhaps the fresh cloudberries from the rough gave an extra vitamin injection for the playoffs (look under).
