Information to guests

INFORMATION TO GUESTS

 

CHECK IN

You are welcome to check in from 4:00pm. Please note below the location of the reception for the date of your arrival.

Early check in is subject to availability. To request early check in, please contact the reception before you arrive. You can phone us any time on (+47) 916 84 752 or by WhatsApp.

 

CHECK OUT

We kindly ask you to check out before 11:00 am on your departure day. Please note below the location of the reception for your date of departure.

Notify us when you arrive if you need to check out before the reception opens to receive instructions.

 

RECEPTION

Reception in summer (May 1st to Oct 21st): You find us in the reception at the Lofoten Links golf course, approx. 1 km from the lodges.

Address: Tore Hjortsvei 389, 8314 Gimsøysand

 

 

Reception in Winter (Oct 22nd to April 30th): You find us at Låven restaurant at Hov, approx. 300 m from the lodges.

Address: Tore Hjortsvei 471, 8314 Gimsøysand

 

 

PETS

Pets are normally not allowed in our rooms and lodges,
– except one lodge.

If you want to bring a dog, please inform us – as this lodge has to be available, and you have to rent the whole lodge.

An extra fee of 500,- for extra cleaning is added to your boooking.

We reserve the right to charge guests who bring pets too one of the other lodges a sanitation  fee of NOK 3.000.-

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms and lodges, and smokers are kindly asked to not to bring any ash containers into the lodge. Thank you for being considerate to our other guests!

We reserve the right to charge guests who smoke or leave ash containers inside the lodge double room price for each night ( minimum NOK 2.500,- ) fee for sanitation.

 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival – 100% refund of prepayment, except for a admin fee of 5%, minimum 300,- of the booking total.
30-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the cost is charged.
14 days prior or less – prepayment is kept, and the remaining cost of stay will be charged / invoiced.
